Guests who live interstate or are visiting from overseas are also permitted to play on arrival with no application necessary (after applying successfully for a membership). Guests entering the Casino must comply with Western Australian government laws, directives and policies, and all other reasonable directions issued by Crown Perth to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff. A Guest must not disclose their PIN to another person for any purpose whatsoever. 4.10 Crown may replace a lost, stolen or damaged Guest Card at its discretion, subject to Crown’s Acceptable Identification requirements. 4.9 If a Guest’s Guest Card is lost or stolen, the Guest must immediately report the loss or theft to Crown (and, in some circumstances, such as where there is alleged fraudulent use of the Guest Card, may be required to produce a police report if requested by Crown). A breach of this Rule shall be considered Guest Card misuse, which may result in Crown taking action against the Guest including excluding the Guest. "Casino Guest Policy" means the policy relating to access to the Casino by Guests, contained in the Casino Membership Policy, as amended from time to time. Such Acceptable Identification must be valid and current and, as a minimum, comply with customer identification procedures in the AML / CTF Act. "Acceptable Identification" means such current and valid forms of identification from the Guest as Crown requires in its sole discretion from time to time. 9.1 Nothing in these Rules is intended to affect any rights that a Guest may have including under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and the Fair Trading Act 1987 (NSW) which cannot be excluded. By setting a Loss Limit (as defined in those terms and conditions) the Guest agrees that they have read, understood and accepted the Crown Sydney Loss Limit Terms and Conditions and will comply with the Crown Sydney Loss Limit Terms and Conditions. 8.5 The setting, tracking and enforcement of any loss limit is subject to the Crown Sydney Loss Limit Terms and Conditions. If the Guest wishes to change a loss limit that has been set, a decrease in the Guest’s loss limit will apply immediately following the actioning of the request by Crown, but an increase in the Guest’s loss limit will not take effect until 24 hours following the actioning of the request by Crown. Guests who fail to comply with these Conditions of Entry may be refused entry, requested to leave, or removed from the Casino. "PIN" means a personal identification number or word in a format specified by Crown. "Member" means a person who has been granted Casino Membership under the Casino Membership Policy and who continues to remain a Casino Member in accordance with the Casino Membership Review Policy. "Crown Wallet Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions which apply to a Guest’s use of their Crown Wallet at Crown Sydney. "Crown Wallet" means the deposit and withdrawal functionality linked to a Guest’s Card which facilitates cashless account transactions at the Crown Sydney Casino subject to the Crown Wallet Terms and Conditions. "Casino Membership Policy" means the policy relating to access to the Casino, as amended from time to time. Each guest assumes the risk of damage or loss to their property or injury to themselves however arising, including injury or damage caused by another guest. For the safety and security of all guests, Crown reserves the right to request evidence of accreditation, including sighting an Accreditation Card issued in accordance with State or Territory legislation. Crown Perth reserves the right to apply discretion in maintaining these dress standards and may refuse entry or service to, or request a guest to leave, where they do not meet the required standard. "Account" means the digital record maintained by Crown of a Guest’s details including the Guest’s available funds, credits, activity and personal details. 5.5 To the extent permitted by law, Crown will not be liable for any unauthorised use if a Guest Card is lost or stolen or a PIN becomes known to another person.
